All of our free range chickens roam freely and forage naturally – and are corn-fed. Unlike others, we do it all on our family farm in Co Carlow: from rearing day old chicks to dispatch to our customers. We wouldn’t want it any other way. Our turkeys are reared as free range and farm fresh. The care taken to rear our turkeys is second to none. We focus on their welfare and mimic their natural environment in every way possible.
By working with nature in a traditional farming manner, we produce incredibly succulent and delicious tasting poultry that’s increasingly rare in today’s intensive farming practices.
